Founded in 2017 in Karakol, the college has established itself as an accredited regional center for software engineering, mountain civil technologies, and regional tourism.

2017 · College Foundation & First Intake
Founded as a non-governmental educational institution in Karakol, Kyrgyz Republic. First cohorts admitted to software engineering and economics curricula.
2019 · State Accreditation & Computing Lab
Attained state accreditation of degree programs. Commissioned first 30-workstation computer lab and specialized engineering workshops.
2021 · Automated Systems & Industry Agreements
Launched Bachelor program in Automated Systems & Applied Informatics. Executed practical cooperation agreements with regional industrial enterprises.
2023 · Mountain Infrastructure & Digital LMS
Introduced Mountain Civil Infrastructure and Alpine Tourism tracks. Deployed institution-wide electronic learning management system (LMS).
2024–2025 · Central Research Lab & Telemetry
Commissioned the Central Applied Research & Science Laboratory; integrated real-time meteorological and telemetry stations for applied student research.
2026 · Digital Campus & 1,200+ Students
Full digital campus rollout with high-speed campus fiber networking, modern UNIX/Windows computing suites, and an active student body exceeding 1,200 learners.
